To provide excellent service on matters that require additional staffing or areas of expertise ancillary to our representations, the firm has built relationships with experienced real estate attorneys and law firms across the state and the country. We have practiced successfully in this manner in joint representations with other firms and in of counsel and contract relationships with other attorneys.

Our scalability has allowed us to work with other attorneys on individual transactions, portfolio transactions and other transactions where we consider that it would be advisable to have additional staffing. Our scalability also allows us to provide the most cost-effective representation to clients.
